First I will say prepare notes by yourself that will be best if you just take the help of lectures from different teachers as well as you can take help from IIT JEE toppers they will guide you on how to start your preparation and how to prepare notes. Also if possible you can join IIT JEE mentorship that will help you and also you will get more knowledge and proper guidance from iitian mentor. If you understand the topics by yourself that is the best point and it will be very much helpful in your examination.
As per my thought right now the best physics notes are given by Physics Wallah. As per the information, they will cost less than any other institutes in Kota right now. Also, you will consider Allen Institute they are giving good notes according to JEE examination.
