How do I solve more difficult questions for JEE preparation?
Abraham Lincoln once said, “If I had 15 minutes and an axe to
cut down a tree, I’ll use 10 minutes sharpening the axe.”
What I mean to say is, do not be in a hurry when you read the
theory. Refer HC Verma for the theory. Do not at all hesitate asking
doubts to your teachers and be 100% attentive in the class. Sitting in
the first or second bench can help you do this. Take your time and
get the concepts clear. That time can be compensated for because
then you can solve problems fast. Still if there are few
misconceptions, they’ll be checked when you solve some good
problems.
Once your concepts are clear, the problems you call difficult will
actually look easy and take less time to be solved because you’ll be
having the right approach. Every question in IIT JEE is based on the
concept you read in class 11 and 12 so just focus on understanding
the concepts and solving different types of questions.
