it is full of exception so make a list of exception and rest is already in a short form u just have to revise again and again or u can make your short tricks to learn all the content of inorganic chemistry - organic chemistry
for this u can write naming reaction in a separate column or u can write tricks to solve particular patterns of reactions and rest ncert is the short note for organic chemistry…i think!
For Physics
it consists of numerical as well as learning portions so make a list of formulas such as in mechanics of 11th class or electrostatic, current electricity of 12th these chapters are only confusing just because of their numerous formulas so try to differentiate all formulas and also find relations between them because all are related with each other.
