Yes, inorganic chemistry is one of the most important topics for JEE mains. If you analyse previous years’ questions then you can see that more than 35-40% of problems are asked from inorganic chemistry. You can connect with IIT JEE topper, and take guidance from them. They can tell you properly from which part questions are asked most. Along with organic and physical chemistry, give the same importance to inorganic chemistry. You need to remember more things in inorganic part. Also you will get many exceptions here.
