Is it OK to sleep for 5 hrs a day during IIT preparation?
Do not compromise your sleep until you waste 10 hours of a day in bed. It is ok if you sleep 6-7 hours a day which is essential. With studying proper rest is necessary. Also you have to maintain your physical and mental health during IIT JEE preparation. Make a proper timetable and follow it strictly. Do not take too much load.
