Yes, you can surely appear for any of the exam IIT-JEE or NEET If you have PCMB all four subjects in class 11th and 12th you can surely take anything as a carrier option may be engineering or medical related course but if you have only any one subject either biology or Maths you can only choose one thing as a carrier option either medical line or engineering. So yaa it totally depends on subjects you have in. Class 11th as I was also a PCMB student I gave both exams but as my inclination was more towards NEET I prepared for it and took MBBS as a carrier option
