It’s possible but not very frequent for PYQs to get repeated. Sometimes the values are changed and can come back again in the exam and hence doing PYQs is extremely helpful.
NEET UG follows a syllabus based on the NCERT curriculum for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of classes 11 and 12. Therefore, it’s important to study the syllabus thoroughly and practice solving a variety of questions from different sources, including previous year question papers, sample papers, and mock tests.

Pick up the book last 30 years aipmt and neet chapterwise book on physics by arihant
now go through the solutions page of each chapter and make a note of all the formulas on which the questions are based upon
pick up those formulas and practise them and related problems
by now you would have completed preparation for 30 plus questions
now you have covered all the important topics in all chapters
