Should I start preparing for the JEE right now? I am in 10th, or are 11th and 12th enough?

‘You’ are the one who is going to answer this question.…I
will just help you decide by presenting the facts lucidly.
Firstly,
JEE can be cracked by someone in 2 years and some even take
4 years to do it. There are numerous examples of people who
started their preparation after class 10th itself and made it into IIT.
And also there are many droppers who couldn’t even made it to
the GFTIs….
So cracking JEE depends on how well you put on your efforts not
for how many years you prepare.
Secondly,
I want to make it clear to you that foundation courses during Class
9th and 10th benefits you in two ways….
makes you little ahead of your peers during initial days of prep…
helps you to understand JEE concepts easily (considering you
have done foundation course properly)
Thirdly, It’s dlifficult to balance school academics and foundation
studies
you are bound to pursue engineering because choosing any other
stream will lead to wastage of your previous time which you had
devoted for JEE-foundation. My personal advice would be if you can balance out your school academic and foundation studies
then definitely you should go for it as it would benefit you in long
run. But if you are not able to do then also you can crack JEE in 2
years of Class 11 and 12.
