Your preparation strategy will depend on how much score you are aiming for. If you want good score then you have to work very hard. If you want IIT then after qualifying for JEE Main, you have to secure a good score in JEE Advanced too. If you want NITs with high demanding branches then you need to secure good marks in JEE mains. So your preparation will depend on where you want to take admission. You can talk with JEE toppers, they can give you tips and tricks better than me. NCERT is most recommended book for JEE aspirants. So you can start your preparation with this book from the basics then go to higher level gradually. While studying make notes, write down important points. To crack JEE main you need proper strategy, clarity of concepts, dedication, revision and more practice.
