What are the documents required for the NEET counselling?

These are the documents required:
NEET UG ADMIT CARD
NEET UG RANK CARD
NEET UG REGISTRATION CARD: May or maynot be required.
ALLOTMENT LETTER
PROOF OF PAYMENT OF COUNSELLING FEES AGE PROOF
10+2 MARKSHEET FOR VERIFICATION OF MARKS 10+2 PASS CERTIFICATE

IDENTITY PROOF: Aadhar card/ Voter card/ Passport. (Any two)
IDENTITY PROOF OF PARENTS
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
DOMICILE CERTIFICATE: For SQ counselling PH CERTIFICATE: If applicable
CASTE CERTIFICATE: If applicable
EWS CERTIFICATE: If applicable DISCONTINUATION BOND: Depends on college. Rupees 1 lakh bond for WBUHS colleges. RURAL SERVICE BOND: Depends on state. Not required for WB colleges
ANTI-RAGGING PROFORMA: Available on college website.
PHOTOGRAPHS: 2 postcard and 4 passport size photos to be taken atleast.
3 PHOTOCOPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS
For WBUHS colleges: Original documents+ 1 set of self attested photocopy are required.
Besides, some colleges also demand:
Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate: Will be required eventually anyway.
Class 10 Marksheet.

Class 10 Pass Certificate.
Gap Certificate: Will be required eventually anyway, so get it done.
Some colleges have online filling of admission form after counselling results via their website so keep track of it. Also, checklist of documents, anti-ragging proforma etc. are available on the college website so get them printed.
If you’re paying the admission fees online, carry the proof of payment with you.
If all the documents are perfect with photocopies and all the admission process maybe done in a day. But incase you miss some documents or there’s some other problem it might take 2–3 days.
Some colleges give admission letter after some days but do ask the authority about it.
In West Bengal the colleges keep the following original documents with them:
10+2 marksheet

10+2 pass certificate
Bond paper
Domicile Certificate
It’s recommended that you start arranging your documents from now to prevent last moment chaos. Look for the documents and get them photocopied.
