What are the most abnormal sleeping patterns you have seen during preparation of JEE?

Well I have seen many people who prefer to do study at late night, means they complete most of their study at night and wake up late. Also I was one of them, the ‘Late nighter’. Also many start their day early in the morning. I have seen some of my friends who wake up at 5.00 am and go to bed at 11.00 pm. They take 5-6 hours sleep per day. There are some kinds of people who take small naps in between their study. Some people just take 4 hours of sleep per day and then study whole day. I do not know how they can manage that. But I will suggest you to take care of your physical and mental health during your preparation. And it would be better if you can start your day early in the morning. You can connect with JEE toppers on call and listen to their preparation strategy.
