The best way to learn all the reactions for Organic chemistry of IIT JEE are as follows:

  1. First of all you need to learn the reaction
  2. Write down the learned reactions as much time as the reaction fits inside your mind.
  3. Solve the problems based on the reactions you have learnt. While doing this process try
    not to seek answers from the answer booklet.
    4)Try solving the reaction with different possible reagents.
    5)Keep all your solved answers safe and go through it on time to time basis.
  4. At the end do not forget to write the exceptions in the form of reactions separately.
