JEE Main Cut off is of two types – Qualifying and Admission.
JEE Main Qualifying Cut off refers to the minimum percentile
required by candidates to qualify for JEE Advanced. JEE Main
Admission Cut off, on the other hand, is the starting and ending rank
required by the candidates for B.Tech admission in NIT, IIIT or
GFTI. For admission in the top five NITs, candidates must score JEE
above 200 (equivalent to a rank below 5000).
JEE Main Cut off 2022: NTA has released the category wise
qualifying cut off along with JEE Main 2022 Result declaration. The
JEE qualifying cut-off has increased from 87.8992241 (in 2021) to
88.4121383 (in 2022) for the General category, while there has been
a drop in the qualifying cut-off for OBC-NCL. In 2021 JEE Main
cutoff for OBC-NCL category was 68.0234447 which reduced to
67.0090297 in 2022.
