(IIT) Indian Institute of Technology exams require a
reasonable schedule as subjects confuse students.
The standard practice for exam preparation is to wake up early in the
morning when your mind and body are fresh, rather than straining
your body late into the night to focus on a topic or concept. The
body functions actively only when the sun rises.
Below is my schedule for the JEE IIT exam preparation.
I get up at 5am. This is the perfect time for me to refresh and plan
his day. Exercise is just as important as refreshing your muscles and
relaxing your mind and body.
Practise at the beginning of the day - 6:00 to 8:00 am - After
practice, review the notes you prepared the night before. It is
believed that the note, which was corrected in the early morning,
remained intact.
Breakfast: While your brain is busy preparing for exams, a punctual
meal is of utmost importance. Your diet should consist of legumes,
grains and fruits. Also, you need to remember not to eat heavy and
oily foods.
School/Tutoring Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm in
school or private lessons to prepare for future training. Students
should use their time judiciously while preparing for the IIT,
learning difficult topics in an easy-to-understand way, while
enjoying extracurricular activities that clarify basic concepts.
Break Hours - 4:00-5:00-5:00 PM - After-school or coaching
students should allocate time for recreational purposes such as
playing sports or watching television indoors or outdoors.
Study from 17:00-19:00-19:00- Now that my mind is relaxed, I used
to revise the topic and take notes.
