Following things you can do to improve your memory:
•10-15 minutes of YOGA ( Trust me it works )
•Good quality sleep ( atleast 6 hours)
•Revise multiple times ( the more times you revise the more synapses will get reactivated )
•Powernap of 15-20 minutes
•Always take 5-10 minutes break after 1 hour of study.
