Strategy you need to follow:-

Thorough with NCERT only. Read it multiple times, highlight important lines and points, and prepare notes at the same time.
Before starting any new topic or concept, you must revise your notes. It is very important to revise your notes so that you can
remember them for a long time. Always try to understand the concepts rather than memorizing them.

To avoid backlogs, set a study plan each day and divide your tasks into smaller parts and try to complete your task on the same day. For procrastination, take a 30 minute break and reward yourself.
