Do questions given at the back of the NCERT exercise come in the NEET?

Yes. In Physics and chemistry, not only the exercises but the intext questions too are important more than you think.
In biology, no need to say , it is BIBLE .
You may find exact questions directly from NCERT or may find very much similar questions. I am giving evidences

It’s possible that some questions from NCERT exercise questions may appear in NEET exams, as NEET exam covers topics from NCERT syllabus. However, it is not guaranteed that the questions from NCERT exercise will appear in NEET.
But, I have seen many of the intext question from physics and chemistry and some of the back questions even , Coming in the form of concepts in NEET Exams
Also in test papers of mock tests, they add these questions
So you should sincerely go through then as many times as possible, Because they may be coming in your exams
