You have to answer at least one set of NCERT questions for physical chemistry, as well as the in-text questions.
But think about how much time each question will take.
If you think it will take more than a minute to answer a question, just look at the idea behind it and don’t answer the question.
As for NCERT reading, yes, that’s also important because, first of all, it will help you understand things better, you’ll learn things you didn’t know before, and you’ll be able to answer questions that are based on theory. So, yeah, give both NCERT physical chemistry a good read.
Keep working hard
I think notes should be your first priority because of the following key points:-
- NCERT includes many things that are not very important from the exam point of view.
- You must understand what is asked by the examiner in the paper and cover those topics first in order to ensure good marks in the subject.
- It is also important that you do smart work instead of hard work, referring to good coaching institute’s notes will give you a good idea about what topics you need to focus more on.
- Also during the revision period before examination, the notes that you studied before are very fast to revise and also easy to remember.
That’s why I believe that you should focus on notes from a good coaching institute and keep revising them from time to time.
