You do not need to reduce your sleep until you stay in bed for 9-10 hours. You need to spend a minimum time for rest. With studying proper rest is needed. Make a proper timetable and follow it strictly. Do not take too much load. Take small steps, start your preparation with basics. Self study is important but with that if you get proper guidance then you can improve your preparation strategy. For that you need a mentor. So, you can join mentorship program for IIT JEE.
