How did you manage to study all three subjects during your
NEET preparation?

Every subject in NEET (PCB) is important. You cannot
prepare one subject rigorously and another lightly. Divide your spare
time into three parts for these subjects according to what you find
more difficult.
Keep studying regularly, don’t try to complete the syllabus of either
of the subjects early. Remember that consistency is what matters the
most. I have seen many guys who complete the biology syllabus
first. But this would break your flow resulting in forgetting even
simple things.
If you feel sleepy at late hours and can’t study at that time I would
recommend you to do numericals at that time as it requires more
concentration and attention.
You can take a neet mentorship program and get a personal NEET
mentor who will be a recent NEET Topper. They will guide you and
tell you how to manage the 3 subjects and retain most of what you
learned.
