It is easy to say but normally not possible to execute in real life. Maybe you will manage to study 14 hours a day but from the next day it will be impossible for you. If you are really are conscious about your NEET preparation then you should start your preparation as early as possible. You will not able to do much things within 2.5 months. But if you have good understanding of concepts and know about the subjects then there is a chance to get good marks in NEET in 2.5 months preparation. Then you should practice more and more previous years questions papers. And try to analyse your questions and revise them as many time as you can. You can connect with NEET toppers on call and listen to their experiences.

Leave cell phone away from you and on SILENT
No TV close by and preferably turned off.
Too much coffee will cause a crash from excess caffeine
Break the sections up. Seeing a big section and trying to learn it in a single go will probably frustrate you or make you lose confidence before you even start.
Dont sit too long. Walk for five mins after every half hour of sitting.
Bring variety, hold the notes and walk. This will keep you awake as blood is flowing throughout the body.
Study alone and no friends as you will always end up talking more.
Dont sit too long ever as this will make u feel sleepy and tired and is not good for the body in general. Keep windows open for good circulation of air in room.
Dont have light shining on your face and eyes as it will hurt your eyes and could break your concentration but dimmer to see your notes.
Don’t keep snacking away as this will cause you to tire and sleep. Body secretes tryptophan when food is ingested and this makes you tired. Dont drink alcohol or smoke. This is a real big NO.
