With currently 2 years in hand I suppose you are in class 11.
For now focus on the 11th syllabus only, build the basic concepts and get a good hold in physics because this is the base.
Make a daily plan which you will be following throughout your preparation which will include your coaching hours, revision of the current syllabus, revision of the back syllabus.
Limit your resources and follow them till the end. Dont change your resources too often as you will take time getting habitual to them. Since you have time, read the chemistry NCERT as well just like bio, no need to read physics ncert, just see the lectures and solve the questions. Make sure that you give the mock tests of class 11th which will help you make a habit of solving papers and time management.
In class 12th, the syllabus is comparatively easy so you will be able to complete the syllabus in 5-6 months, 7 months at most with the help of coaching. For the rest of the time you will be revising the 11th syllabus and also solving the questions of 12th syllabus.
This is just the overview of your 2 year plan, to properly plan and execute get yourself a mentor who can guide you with the material and how to use them, how to make a proper schedule and how to revise effectively
