I wont be sugar coating things and coming straight to the point there’s no way to complete the whole syllabus and get above 600-610 marks because thats what you will need to get a government college.
But dont worry, i would suggest you to focus and prepare for NEET 2024 where you will get enough time to prepare things properly with a proper schedule and materials.
Get a mentor who can help you with your schedule and help you select good materials for study, I personally suggest my mentees to go for coaching modules.
You can either enroll for any coaching or can study online but I would suggest go for offline coaching because that will provide you with scheduled tests and proper practice.
