Is the IIT JEE physics and chemistry syllabus and difficulty level the same as AIPMT and NEET?

If we say on paper ,the syllabus and difficulty level are near about same nowadays. But if we evaluate every point then we can easily say that the difficulty level of IIT JEE is tougher than AIPMT and NEET. If you talk with NEET toppers on call and consult with IIT JEE toppers then you can easily understand that IIT JEE examination is more difficult, however the syllabus was same but in exam pattern there are many changes. If you evaluate the previous years’ questions then you will notice that in AIPMT and NEET there are mostly direct formula based questions but in IIT JEE examination there are mostly application based questions and you need to understand the applications very deeply. So you can easily say that for IIT JEE examination you need more preparation than AIPMT and NEET. So we can easily say that an IIT JEE candidate has much more knowledge than an AIPMT and NEET candidate.
