Is 5 hours of sleep enough during JEE preparation?
If you do not feel fatigued after 5 hours of sleep then it is ok. After 5 hours of sleep if you feel fresh then this much rest is enough for you. Although everyone should take at least 6 hours of sleep every day. But if you are ok with 5 hours of sleep then good, you will get more time to do many things. But do not try to push yourself beyond your capacity. During your JEE preparation you have to maintain your physical and mental health. Your result will depend on many factors.
