Practice, consistency, and time are the most important things to secure good marks in IIT JEE. Contact with an IIT JEE topper that will be beneficial for you. You will get an idea of how they prepare themselves for IIT-JEE level. If you have not done anything, have not opened the book yet then it is possible to score good marks in boards. I did that. Studied for 4 or 5 months before board exam and able to secure 75 percent. But scoring good marks in IIT JEE will be little difficult. You have to work hard and be dedicated. I would suggest you to connect with IIT JEE mentors. They can guide you properly.
