Is neet easier than JEE?

Most of the people consider that IIT JEE is more difficult than NEET. If you see previous years question papers of both examinations then you will get that in JEE level of questions are more difficult. Many candidates appear for both exams but the seats in government medical college are less than total number of candidates. The competition makes NEET exam tougher. You can talk to NEET toppers and JEE toppers, they will share their experiences. If a JEE candidate gets lower score, he/she has other options , they can get admission to private colleges and fulfil their dream. But if a NEET candidate gets fail, he/she has no option than drop another one year. From this point of view, based on competition, NEET is not easier. Also if you analyse the JEE Advanced question paper, you will see many application based questions which are not that much easier, it need logical thinking ability and clarity of fundamentals.
