The Jee Mains syllabus is the same as the ncert PCM book. So
one thing is clear: you don’t need to study any additional topics not
specified in ncert. For ncert question weighting, don’t expect direct
questions from ncert. JEE mains are not as easy as being asked
directly. There are always new questions on paper, but none of them
actually come from the NCERT curriculum.
As far as chemistry is concerned, if you are lucky, you may even get
direct questions from the inorganic part, and if you ask a question in
the physical part, the organic part will get nothing at all. If not, you
may be too lucky.
It’s about physics and mathematics. In physics, questions can arise
from additional exercises, just as there were direct questions in
previous years. Don’t even think about asking ncert questions about
math. Math questionnaire has nothing to do with ncert
NCERT is the backbone of your preparation so you have to give
them priority but to get a better understanding of the concept and
solve different types of questions you have to refer to other books.
So, first finish your ncert, learn every concept in it and treat other
books as reference books.

p.s. : Study Physics and Chemistry especially well, as most of the
questions will be from the topics mentioned in the book. But don’t
expect direct questions.
