JEE Advanced asks conceptual questions, and concepts at that
level cannot be cleared just by the usage of NCERT. JEE Advanced
exam is where your understanding of the concepts is all needed. Use
DC Pandey for Physics, Arihant series for Mathematics, and
Cengage for Chemistry. (I told you this because many concepts
which are there in the Advanced syllabus are not covered in
NCERT).
NCERTs are excellent books that are required for JEE/Board Exams.
However, we cannot claim that it is whole-sufficient for JEE
Advanced. But, if your conceptual understanding is exceptional if
you are good at concepts and confident in solving problems based
on your thinking abilities then not only NCERT, any book is
sufficient. NCERT isn’t enough for JEE(Advanced). It can make
you walk a great distance in mains but not in advanced. NCERT
books just give you a brief idea or rather say, kind of introduction
about the topics. Even the entire syllabus for jee advanced is not
there in the book
