Yes, when it comes to problem solving then H.C. Verma is the best book. It also contains good conceptual explanation. You can solve the questions that are interesting also you will get chance to learn new things. You have to complete the NCERT book first then you will be able to solve the problems in H.C. Verma. You need a good hold on those topics by that it will be easy for you to solve questions quickly, mainly you have to do self study more, no books are complete or sufficient if you are not practicing the things . You can talk with NEET toppers on call they will also say the same thing, self study is the main point to get a good score. You need to make notes by that you revise them at any time anywhere, and clear all doubts from the help of video lectures or coaching teachers.

It is strictly advised that only when you are done with Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma, should you move ahead to refer other books
