It doesn’t matter where you go for coaching your self study plays a very important role. Kota is known as the study hub and a lot of students go there for studying for neet and jee. There are many students in kota you may not get enough attention from teachers regarding your studies and for solving doubts and that part plays equal importance in prepration as other parts in prepration do.

But there is a lot of competitive environment there so you can have enough motivation and demotivation at the same time. So it’s on you to prepare from neet institutions. Kota is a city in Ind[ including NEET and IIT JEE. Whether ](https:// including NEET and IIT JEE. Whether )ia that is known for its coaching institutes that offer preparation for various engineering and medical entrance exams, including NEET and IIT JEE. Whether or not you should go to Kota for preparation depends on your personal circumstances and preferences. You must remember that Kota does not guarantee you a seat in prestigious institutions like IIT and govt medical College. All it can guarantee you is proper guidance, regular testing of concepts you learned in class, an environment of competition and selected resources. If you are serious enough and have a strong will you can easily crack this exam at your home too with proper guidance and environment to study. You can take proper guidance from Exprto, which is a platform where aspirants can connect to recent IITjee and neet toppers on call and can ask them the doubts and preparation tips regarding the exam.
You can take a NEET/IIT JEE Mentorship program from Exprto and I am sure you will be benefited by this a lot as you will get advice straight from Toppers.

Hi @shree48!
I also went to Kota for preparation after completing 10th, I stayed there for 2 years and cracked NEET in first attempt.
So sharing my experience with you, the atmosphere there is very competitive and you will find many distractions so you need to be bold about your decisions over there.
You will have to follow a very strict schedule over there for your studies which needs good amount of will power. The coaching system over there is very effective and well planned with all the materials for studying, revision, regular classes and regular tests to see your progress.
They even have scheduled doubt counters everyday where you can ask your doubts.
Moreover the faculties over there are very experienced and you just have to listen and follow whatever they tell you because thats what I did to clear the exam.
If you have boards also then you can enroll in any school over there as every school provides a choice of dummy school so you wont have to worry about your board exam.
So if you want you can definitely go to Kota for preparation but just stay away from distractions and stay motivated.
And even if you are opting for coaching at home choose offline classes over online classes
All the best

See it’s totally not compulsory that you have to go Kota for NEET preparation you can prepare for NEET from anywhere Kota is not a compulsion as many students don’t go to Kota but study from online platforms or local coachings then also crack NEET.
Here are some things that I would like to tell you.:

No matter how good your teacher is, without your effort, you are nowhere.
A student is responsible for 60% of the success.
20% credit is for teachers and important, so & 20% for health in kota and luck ofcourse.

A normal teacher will teach you to “remember ABC from left while driving A for accelerator, B for brake, and C for clutch (as usual)”
Kota’s teacher will tell you “your left leg is the clutch and your right leg is free for accelerator and brake (that’s all)” A simple and efficient method to remember

A normal teacher will take you to a road and tell you to drive. Kota’s teacher will show you how to drive on a busy road.

A normal teacher will never tell you about how to change a punctured tyre, whereas Kota’s teacher will tell you about this, also with extra information about oil and battery to be used.
Competition is important to improve your performance, which is the biggest advantage of kotaites.
Further There are so many examples of people who did self-study and performed better than kotaites.
Kota is a place where you can make your life or destroy your life (many distractions and addictions ).
Money is again an important factor, You need 3–4 lakhs (dropper) in Kota because hostel owners and mess owners just want money, irrespective of your financial conditions.
Health is a big issue there, It can affect your marks. (About 40–50 marks) , I am an example of this scene.
If you are home sick, it is better to stay at home. Or if you are ready to leave your comfort zone, then pack your bags and GET a train reservation to Kota. And have the best and worst experience of your life! Yes, you heard right, For me, at least.

So it totally depends upon you
You can clear NEET from anywhere

Thankyou

Whether or not you should go to Kota for NEET preparation depends on various factors, such as:

  1. Availability of resources: Kota is a hub for medical entrance exam preparation, and you will have access to a wide range of study material, online resources, and coaching institutes.
  2. Personal preferences: Consider your personal preferences, such as whether you prefer group or individual study, and if you are comfortable with the city’s climate and culture.
  3. Cost: Living and studying in Kota can be expensive, so consider your financial situation before making a decision.
  4. Distance from home: Being far away from home for an extended period of time can be challenging, so consider if you are ready for it.
  5. Availability of support: Consider if you have family and friends in Kota who can support you during your stay.

Ultimately, the decision to go to Kota for NEET preparation should be based on a careful consideration of your own personal and financial circumstances, as well as your study needs and goals.

Education in Kota aspires to excel in the overall development of the students. As per the census of 2011, Kota has an average literacy rate of 82.80%, which is much higher than the average national percentage of 64.8%.

Kota, located in Rajasthan, India, is a popular destination for students preparing for medical entrance exams such as NEET. Here’s why:

Experienced faculty: Kota has many well-established coaching institutes with experienced and qualified teachers who specialize in coaching students for medical entrance exams.

Comprehensive Study Material: Coaching institutes in Kota provide students with comprehensive study material and practice papers, which help them to understand the concepts and prepare well for the exams.

Focused Environment: Kota offers a focused and disciplined environment for students, which helps them to concentrate on their studies and avoid distractions.

Regular Tests and Feedback: Coaching institutes in Kota conduct regular tests and provide students with constructive feedback, which helps them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and work on their weaknesses.

Peer Interaction: Kota provides a platform for students to interact with peers from different parts of the country, which helps them to exchange ideas, share their experiences and learn from each other.

However, it is important to remember that success in NEET also depends on individual effort, dedication, and hard work. So, while Kota can provide a supportive environment and resources, the key to success is still self-study and consistent preparation

Hope this helps
