I am giving Physics chapters first followed by Chemistry

Physics

  1. Modern Physics (12th) :-There are short short chapters but they have weight in NEET.
  2. Semi Conductors (12th) :- Its again from 12th grade.
  3. Mechanics (11th) :- Bunch of chapters are there and all are from 11th grade.
  4. Heat and Thermo (11th):- Its also good chapter.
  5. Current Electricity And Magnetism (12th)
