Should I give NEET and IIT JEE together?

You can prepare for both NEET and IIT JEE. Although the syllabus for both exams is same for physics and chemistry. But for NEET you have to study biology and for IIT JEE you have to study maths. Yes if you give effort, can crack NEET and IIT JEE together. But it will be really difficult preparing for both examinations. Although the syllabus is same but question pattern and difficulty level are not same. It would be better if you prepare for only one exam because the preparation strategy will not be same for both exams. You have to give extra time to study 4 subjects properly. Try to connect with JEE toppers and NEET toppers, talk to them, their suggestions will help you during your preparation and you come to know their strategy and how much it is difficult to crack NEET and IIT JEE together. Prepare a study schedule giving enough time to all the subjects.
Combine topics of Physics and Chemistry from JEE and NEET syllabus.
Follow NCERT textbook to master Biology.
Work hard to clear both the exams.
Get familiar with the exam pattern of JEE and NEET.
Solve mock tests to assess your progress.
Make notes for easy revision.
Focus on your strengths and improve weak areas.
