To prepare for Chemistry, first go through entire syllabus. Then make a proper routine. NCERT Textbooks are extremely good to have a clear conception and many questions in neet are based on NCERT. Other books you can follow- Pradeeps Piblications, Organic chemistry by DK Singh. You can check the weighatge of the chapters and focus on mote important chapters for the final time. Coordination Compounds, p-Block, d- and f-Block Elements, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Chemical bonding and molecular structure, Solutions, Organic Chemistry: Basic Principles & Techniques, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids.
For organic chemistry, you need to understand the logic first. You don’t need to directly mug up reactionto first understand them. If you can get the logic then it will not be difficult any more. Then practice by writing those equations again and again. In this context, Organic Chemistry by OP Tandon will be best. You can also make tables of reactions, reactors, catalysts etc. From my personal experience, If you follow the steps and study on a regular basis following the time table, it won’t take enough time and you could complete it within 1 to 1.5 months.
