What are the most important topics for the JEE-Advanced?

If you want to secure good marks in IIT JEE then you have to give equal effort in every chapter. Try to connect with IIT JEE toppers. They can help guide you properly. They can tell you exactly which topic you should give more importance to or which books you should follow. They can help you to enhance your preparation strategy. But do not try to neglect any chapter if it seems easier to you. Many chapters are correlated of physics, chemistry and maths. In physics following chapters are more: Electrodynamics, Heat & Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Modern physics, Optics, SHM &Waves. In Organic chemistry following topics are more important: p-block, chemical bonding, Qualitative analysis, Coordination compounds, Metallurgy. In JEE exam inorganic chemistry has more weightage than organic chemistry and Physical chemistry. In inorganic and physical chemistry the following topics have more weightage: Amines, General organic chemistry, Stereoisomerism, polymers, Chemical Kinetics, Mole concept, chemical equilibrium. In maths following topics have more weightage: Differential & Integral Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Matrices, Trigonometry, Vector &3D.
