The examination is held annually and is a pre-requisite for admission to medical colleges in the country. The NEET examination tests the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the concepts and theories covered in the syllabus of physics, chemistry, and biology/biotechnology. The examination is conducted in offline mode, which means that candidates need to mark their answers on an OMR sheet using a pen or pencil.
