What is your message for the NEET 2022 aspirants?

I don’t know whether this message is important for all of
you but it is important for most of you.
The message:- Do not fall into the trap of random YouTube
crash courses and strategy videos in the last few months.
I sometimes type NEET 2022 on my YouTube app and the
whole feed is filled up with half an hour and hour long strategy
videos, no study content just Hawabaazi strategy like do this
get AIIMS Delhi, do that get MAMC and I am like WTF Mandir
ka prasad bat raha hai kya.
All these so-called educators are doing is preying on your
insecurities, anxieties and increasing their view, like count.
They come up with a one year strategy just after NEET, then
they come up with a 60 day strategy, then 45, then 30 and
sometimes even a two week strategy to crack NEET from zero level. These people themselves don’t believe in their
strategies and keep switching them which leaves the student
in confusion whether to follow what he has been doing or to
change it up(this is where FOMO attacks you and most
students end up changing their plans just months before the
exam, which is a detrimental step).
How do I know about this trap?
Because I drowned myself into this rabbit hole when I gave
NEET for the first time in 2020. It all started in March 2020
and came to an end on 13/09/2020(NEET 2020 Day) and my
result was extremely bad, so bad that people close to me
cried on the result date 16/10/2020. The corona lockdown
period gave a boom to such strategy gurus and they
capitalized on it, the time period from August to NEET day
was even more fruitful with all the postponement drama taking
place, the SC getting involved, the twitter trends and all, those
days to this date give me PTSD and anxiety, that is when I
decided to quit all of this drama and focussed only on what
my teacher’s said and ignored the rest of the educators.
You can see these strategies just keep popping up and they
will continue to do so but you must stop yourself from clicking
the bait and focus on your prep and don’t run after strategies,
just keep doing what your teachers and seniors have advised,
don’t try to walk on several boats at the same time, you will
drown eventually. I know this is tough but guess what you are preparing for one of the toughest exams in India and will be
doctors in the near future so you must be strong and emerge
