Well, rather I will tell you what to do and what not (Hoping it
isn’t a problem ;p )
Dont read anything new as that will screw up your mind.
Prepare some short notes including formulas and some key
concepts and revise them(very important)
Drink a lot of water 1 hour before to trigger your mind( Don’t drink
water half an hour before - you will get into trouble lol -pee
trouble)
Well this is something I followed .I solved some problems half an
hour before (mostly of maths) so that I build my concentration
from the very start of the paper .
Stay happy and not tense and the best way for that is to talk with
your friends 10 minutes before (I rather prevented a talk from my
parents 10 min before as they kept my ears on paper but rather
with friends we enjoy and moreover you don’t feel tensed)
Make sure you get a sound sleep .
Lastly take blessings from your parents as by God knows what
reason but you start feeling positivity in yourself after that.

A few hours before a mock JEE Advanced test, it is important to follow the following tips to ensure that you are mentally and physically prepared:

  1. Relax: Avoid last-minute studying or cramming. Instead, relax your mind and body by doing something you enjoy.
  2. Get a good night’s sleep: Ensure that you get a good night’s sleep so that you are well-rested and alert for the mock test.
  3. Eat a nutritious breakfast: Have a healthy breakfast that provides you with energy and nutrients to help you perform at your best.
  4. Review important formulas and concepts: Quickly review the important formulas and concepts that you are likely to use in the mock test.
  5. Stay calm: Don’t get too worked up about the mock test. Stay calm and positive, and remember that it is just a practice test.
  6. Arrive at the test center early: Make sure that you arrive at the test center in plenty of time to avoid any last-minute stress or delays.

By following these tips, you can ensure that you are well-prepared for the mock test and can perform to the best of your abilities.

Take good rest on the day before the exam. If you prefer, take the entire day off from studies and have a good night’s sleep. Have good breakfast, not the one that makes you doze. Keep your admit card and stationery with you. Don’t study on your way to the examination hall, and do not worry if you see others reading books outside of the examination venue. Don’t heed people when they say exam performance can depend on the day. You have studied hard, really hard, for the past two years, and not studying for the last day or minute would not change anything much, instead it might make you more worried, and affect your exam performance negatively. Maintain your calm at all times during the paper, feel confident, and you will rock it.

A few hours before a mock JEE Advanced test, there are several things you can do to prepare:

Relax and take deep breaths: It’s important to stay calm and reduce stress levels before the test. Take a few minutes to meditate, stretch or do some light exercises to help you relax.

Review important formulas and concepts: Go over the formulas and concepts you have been studying for the past few weeks. This will help refresh your memory and increase your confidence level.

Eat a nutritious meal: Eating a healthy meal will provide you with the energy you need to perform well on the test. Avoid junk food, as this can cause a sugar crash and affect your concentration.

Get plenty of rest: Make sure you get enough sleep the night before the test. Being well-rested will help you think clearly and increase your focus.

Arrive early: Plan to arrive at the testing center well ahead of time, to allow for any unexpected delays. Arriving early will also help you avoid any last-minute stress and give you time to settle in before the test begins.

Remember, the most important thing is to stay calm and focused. Trust in your preparation and do your best. Good luck!
