You should prefer ncert and for questions practicing go through pyqs that sufficient for scoring a rank.

For Neet exam you must follow the institute you are currently studying in if you are not in any institute just go for DC Pandey for physics, GRB for chem and MTG for bio. Including previous year questions.

According to me,NCERT BOOKS are very important to crack neet exam bcz in the exam paper of neet ,97%+questions asks from ncert and remaining 2-3%asks from others . As I think that if you complete whole syllabus of neet 2-3 times with honestly then you will clear neet exam and that matter is that please only read ncert books +pyqs after completing syllabus daily.

GRB is a good book which comes for all 3 subjects of chem it’s a very good book to practice

Notes for organic and physical chem.
You can consider ncert for inorganic.
Lecture notes for physics.

Rest assured practise as much Qs as you can but dont do unnecessary stuff… Which is not relevant and doesnt come in neet.
