Mainly you need to have a clear idea of the basics of all the topics. You need to consult with an IIT JEE mentor they can guide you on which topics you need to prepare and on that basis you are doing your preparation. According to IIT JEE toppers some topics are mentioned below which are important :
Vectors
Calculus : you need to prepare both sections of calculus.
Quadratic Equations and Complex Numbers
Trigonometry
Co-ordinate Geometry : No need to go deep knowledge in this chapter just understand the basics that’s enough.
