As per IIT JEE toppers and iitian mentors suggestion in physical chemistry the most important topic is Mole concept, this topic contains many reactions such as Redox reaction. You need a clear understanding of that topic to gain more marks.
In Atomic structure mainly formula based questions are asked in the exam. From this chapter many questions are frequently asked and the most essential topic in it are Quantum Numbers and the Wavelength of Electronic Transition and ionisation Energy. Apart from this some other topics are important, they are Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Equilibrium, Surface Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics.
In Inorganic Chemistry there is no formula it’s totally conceptual based. Logical questions are asked from it so you need to thoroughly prepare this topic from NCERT book. Some essential topics are State of Matter, Some basic concepts of chemistry etc. You need to solve previous year’s question paper as much as possible.
